Happy News + Springtime :)


Yesterday my Love, the Bear, finally received his immigration visa! After eighteen months of waiting, I can finally take him home to California with me. He has never seen where I come from, and I am thrilled that I finally get to show him my home and my family. On the 8th of May it will be our two year anniversary, it is about time...

In other news, I can't wait until Spring!

    Congrats on the visa! Are you two moving there permanently or just having a long visit?

      Thanks Mariela! We're most likely moving there, for many reasons both economic and personal. Macedonia is a nice place to visit, but living here is very difficult and hard to get used to (especially for a Westerner) and the standard of living is extremely low. I hope things get better in the future!

      I know what you mean. We moved to Nevada because my husband didn't have enough work experience and couldn't get a job in Cali. We moved 400+ miles but it working out for us. Cost of living is a lot cheaper here and so are taxes.
